Opened in October 2002, Zencycl is a locally owned and operated business that has grown to become one of Brisbane's leading gourmet markets. From day one, our mission has been simple: to bring the very best fresh produce and gourmet foods to the Brisbane community.
What started as a passion project has become an established local business with a strong, loyal customer community. We've built relationships with local producers, farmers, and artisans across South East Queensland.
Our story is simple — we love what we do. And it shows in every product we stock, every platter we prepare, and every conversation we have with our customers.

We opened our first store at 142 Newmarket Rd, Windsor with a simple dream.
2005 – 2008
Building the Deli & Butcher Range
Expanded our in-store deli and butchery, bringing on trade butchers and deli specialists.
